1. How the delivery deadline is estimated?
   The delivery deadline is agreed with the client according to the extension of the work and the client requirements. In the event of urgent service requirement, we have an express service at a premium rate applicable in accordance with the client needs.
   
   
2. Which other services does LGS provide?
   We offer the following additional services:
• Certification of translations before the CTPCBA - Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Association of Sworn Translators of the City of Buenos Aires)
• Certifications and authentication services before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship
• Delivery services required for the document reception and handing over.
  
  
3. Which are the steps I have to follow for submitting a translation of a document abroad?
   Before having the document translated, we suggest that you submit the original document before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, where you will receive the corresponding apostille. Afterwards, the copy of both the document and apostille should be submitted before a notary public with the aim of authenticating it. Once this process has been completed, the authenticated copy is ready for translation.
   
   
4. Do I have to submit the original document?
   In order to make the translation, you can submit us either a copy of the document or an electronic version of it.  In the case of sworn translations, we need the original or a certified copy of it in order to authenticate the translation before the CTPCBA - Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Association of Sworn Translators of the City of Buenos Aires). In this case, the original will be returned to you in perfect conditions after the completion of the work.
   
   
5. Can I get a discount in the translation of texts containing many repetitions?
   If the text contains parts that recur several times, it is much faster to process them due to the use of CAT Tools. This would enable you to get a discount.
   
   
6. Do I need to provide any glossary or reference material?
   If you have any glossary or reference material related to the technical words of the text to be translated, we would appreciate that you send it to us with the aim of keeping the consistency of terminology.
